A few weeks ago, I posted about how, while still having free space on my iCloud account, Apple is trying to force me to pay for a subscription. *No one responded to this and I made a similar post about the issue a week or so later.*
Basically, they were sending the new agreement about 20 times a day, which would pop up/block out part of my screen. Then I would have to click on it, wait for it load (sometimes this would take like 30 seconds), click cancel pop and then, finally, I was able to click 'X' to get out of the window. The number of times I would see this window a day increased over time. Once I was seeing it at least 20 times a day, I finally posted to this forum.
Obviously, it's very annoying. And especailly because I've purchased SO MUCH from Apple over the years. I love the products they sell. However, I don't like or want iCloud, and especially since I still have free space available.
They have (conveniently) deleted both of my posts from the Community Forum. (Hmmmmmmm)
They have increased the number of times per day that I receive the box that blocks out part of my screen. (Literally in the last 10 minutes, this box has popped up three separate times while I've been on YouTube.)
There is now a second box that pops/blocks out my screen. Sometimes this happens at the same time as the other box and sometimes at a separate time. The new one has something to do with "you're iCloud data is no longer being synced.
This means that they have intentionally blocked my iCloud account from syncing- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FREE SPACE AVAILABLE. (I only use iCloud with Notes. and that's only because I have too lol)
Does anyone at Apple see how frustrating this is? I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with your company over the years and now it feels like I'm being bullied into purchasing something I don't want or need. If it's not bullying, what else is it? It feels like a school bully going after a kids lunch money.
It is inexpensive?
But will you raise the prices over time? (Again, and then again, and then again.)
Of course you will.
AND I DON'T WANT OR NEED THE PRODUCT.
And why did you delete my previous two posts?
Look, I love the products you release! They are some of the best in existence. So why are you trying to corner me into purchasing something that I don't want or need?
And please don't delete this post. It might not look great for your company, but I'd like an answer to my question. And as a customer, don't I at least deserve an answer?

Me too (18) Me too Me too (18) Me too ReplyBad AppleId Account, Cannot be resolved I am having an issue so frustrating I am considering returning my new iPhone for an Android after 15+ year of using nothing but Apple products. I have an Apple Id tied to a gmail account. I can login to it; works fine. But somehow this account has *another* email/Apple Id tied to it (how is this even possible??); it's an old work account I once used. In my iPhone 13 Settings on the Apple Id page (which shows my gmail account at the top, correctly), this old email appears under "Subscriptions." Let's refer to it as the "fix.com" account. Here is the problem. My new phone is trying to download ~20 apps from the App Store. When it does, it prompts me to log into *THE FIX.COM APPLE ACCOUNT* that is somehow tied to the gmail account. I cannot log in to that account - it is locked. There is no way to unlock it that I can find, with the phone or via my MacBook. Because I can't login because it's locked, I can't do anything with it. Every time I open the phone I get about SIXTY prompts in a row to login to the fix.com account. These are all FREE apps. I used that fix.com account ONE time to download a company-required security app on my old phone. That app was long since deleted from the old phone also. 1) WHY IS THERE ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY GMAIL APPLE ID? 2) HOW CAN I REMOVE IT? I don't need it. I don't use it. I don't want it there. I have spent a couple hours going bonkers trying to resolve this already. I realize I could create an entirely new Apple Id (based on a new gmail account I could create) but that's ridiculous. The way this technology works is, frankly, absolutely ridiculous. The phone won't even let me use my wife's Apple Id as it complains it's used on another device. (So what?) I'm hoping someone here can tell me how to "unhook" this fix.com "subscription" from my gmail Apple Id, or I'm done.
Anyone getting small box saying Apple wants to make changes? Anyone getting small box, on screen, saying Apple wants to make changes? They filled in user name (not email address) and 2nd space wants password. There is a padlock at top left. I hit cancel and it comes back. It takes 3 times hitting cancel before it goes away just to return the next day.
I no longer teach school so I dont have Ipads that used these accounts. I thought I closed the accounts in January, Why am Imstill being billed for sytem that has nothing on it? I am being billed for Icloud after I thought I had closed my account after I retired. What do I need to do.
